Speedwash Car Wash

I’ve been coming here since after COVID (3-4 years) and always have the same issue. Timing! If you want your car clean, come here. If you want friendly people come here. If you want full service, come here. If you are in a rush, DON’T come here. Detail service estimates 15 min per detail but you have to double the time and that starts when they start with your car. If they are backed up or short staffed, you could be here 2+ hours. Your car will look great when you leave but plan a whole morning/afternoon here. PS; I never come here on Fri-Sun or nights. I can only imagine.

Terrible service. Do not I repeat DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! I took my car thru there and my bumper got tore up and scratched up. Ripped a whole piece off of my bumper. Then they disposed of my piece so they could get away with it. The foreign lady whom I’m guessing was a manager or shift lead was very rude also Was told I would receive a call back about the incident and never did . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH.

I would not recommend the inside out $40 clean. It doesn’t vacuum your cup holders or console, and it doesn’t include wiping your dashboard. I would only suggest it if your only goals are floor vacuum and window clean.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Went through the car wash like I normally do, and the wiper slammed on the top of my car, breaking the wing on my car. They sent me the video showing it, slamming on my car and breaking it then they say some “we won’t cover Damages” Update 1: After getting 3 quotes to fix my car from 2300, 2400, and 900. I was told they still wouldn’t cover it so. I told them I at least want them to cover half of damages so we don’t have to waste time escalating it to small claims. Then Got a call from the regional manager. He said he would gladly pay half of the bill to fix it and he was sorry I had such a bad experience with the company. (Will update review after I actually get check for half of bill) Update 2: Finally got the check for 1/2 of the lowest quote I got. The whole experience was at first very frustrating from the start getting told to go get quotes having to take time off school and work to get them, then having been told they won’t cover it and I had to escalate it. I only asked for 1/2 of the cost of fixing and they still refused. Then finally getting a call from the regional manager when I showed photos online of the damage from the video they se
